VeltroHRM is a cloud hosted human resources platform operated by SolQeff Limited ("SolQeff", "we", "us" or "our"). Our address is Plot 5, Poju Adeyemo Close, Gbagada, Lagos, Nigeria. Our website is www.veltrohrm.com and our contact email is info@solqeff.com.
These terms govern access to VeltroHRM through our website and organisation specific workspaces, including the free trial package and paid subscriptions. "Customer" means the organisation subscribing to the service. "Authorised user" means a person the customer permits to use its workspace.
The person registering an organisation must have authority to act for it. Individual users must use the service within their organisation’s authorisation.
The service provides access to the HR modules made available through VeltroHRM. Customers may set up their accounts themselves, and our team may assist where requested or required. A customised login URL identifies the organisation’s workspace within the platform infrastructure; it does not by itself provide dedicated hosting or transfer ownership of the software.
Any order form or signed service agreement should specify the purchased package, permitted users, charges and additional services. Managed payroll, implementation, migration, training or other professional services are included only where expressly agreed.
The Privacy Policy explains personal data handling and does not replace the customer DPA.
The free trial package has no time limit. It provides access to all VeltroHRM modules and permits a maximum of five users on the customer’s organisation profile.
To onboard a sixth user, the customer must move to a paid package. No paid subscription or payment obligation arises merely because the customer reaches the five user limit; paid terms and charges must be presented and accepted before an upgrade.
Customers must provide accurate account information, nominate appropriate administrators and keep contact details current. Customers are responsible for granting suitable permissions, reviewing access when roles change, and removing access when a user no longer requires it.
Users must protect their login credentials, use only their assigned accounts and promptly report suspected compromise to info@solqeff.com. Each user may access only the information and functions permitted by their role. Customer responsibilities do not remove SolQeff’s own security or data protection obligations.
Access by SolQeff personnel is restricted to authorised persons and their assigned permissions. A staff account does not automatically allow access to other users’ or customer records.
Subject to these terms and the customer’s package, SolQeff grants the customer and its authorised users a limited, non exclusive right to access VeltroHRM for the customer’s authorised HR and related business operations during the service relationship.
Users must not access another organisation’s information without permission, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful material, use the platform for fraud or harassment, or attempt to defeat subscription limits.
Users must not copy, resell or commercially exploit the software or attempt to obtain its source code except with written permission or to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. Security testing requires prior written authorisation specifying the permitted scope.
As between the parties, the customer retains its rights in information and records uploaded to its workspace. The customer authorises SolQeff to process that information only as needed to deliver the agreed services, follow lawful documented instructions and meet applicable legal obligations. This is not a transfer of ownership.
The customer must have appropriate authority and lawful grounds to upload and use personal information, provide required notices to employees and other individuals, and ensure records are relevant and accurate. Sensitive information requires the additional protections and lawful conditions applicable to it.
The customer is responsible for its employment decisions and for reviewing information used in payroll and other HR processes. Any specific responsibility assumed by SolQeff under a managed service must be described in the relevant agreement. These provisions do not excuse errors or failures for which SolQeff is legally or contractually responsible.
Personal information is handled as explained in the Privacy Policy and, for customer employee records processed on the customer’s behalf, the applicable DPA. The DPA must address instructions, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, rights requests, incident assistance, international transfers and return or deletion of information.
Each party must protect confidential information received from the other and limit its use to performing the service relationship or meeting legal obligations. Information may be disclosed to authorised personnel and service providers subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where lawfully required. Public information and information independently and lawfully obtained are excluded from this confidentiality obligation.
Paid access begins under the package and commercial terms the customer accepts.
We will provide the service with the care and skill required by applicable law and our agreed commitments. Any guaranteed availability, maintenance notice, recovery commitments or service credits must be stated in an approved SLA. Third party integrations may have their own terms. An integration does not remove SolQeff’s obligations for its own service or selected processors.
SolQeff may restrict affected access where reasonably necessary to address an actual security threat, unlawful use or material breach. Restrictions should be proportionate to the issue and limited to what is necessary. Where lawful and practical, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve the issue; urgent protective action may require immediate restriction.
SolQeff and its licensors retain their rights in the VeltroHRM software, branding, interface and documentation. Customers receive access rights under these terms rather than ownership of the platform. Customer information remains subject to section 6.
Neither party may use the other’s name, logo or confidential information in publicity without prior permission, except where otherwise lawfully permitted.
Each party remains responsible for its obligations and for loss or damage for which it is liable under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including applicable consumer protections.
Material changes to these terms must be communicated using a defined notice process. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. For questions or complaints, contact info@solqeff.com.
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Nothing in the complaints process removes a statutory right to approach a regulator or a court with jurisdiction.
